- Experience managing reportable incidents, coordinating investigations, and implementing corrective action plans.
- Familiarity with participant safeguarding, root cause analysis, incident escalation, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Experience supporting registered NDIS providers or other regulated care organizations.
